Step
One
1) Right-click
on the “My Network Places” icon on
the desktop or from the Start menu and click on
“Search for Computers…” |

2) In the box
under “Computer Name” type cahnrs-psa and click on “Search” |
|
|

3) Open or
double-click “hp print server appliance (Cahnrs-psa)”
located by the search. |

4) Right-click
on the printer and choose “Connect…” or double-click the printer you wish to connect
to from the alphabetical listing of printers. This process will
search for and install the printer. |

5) To see the
printers you have installed, open the “Printer and
Faxes” icon on the Start menu or
in the Control Panel. |

6) Once you
have installed and tested the printer on the new cahnrs-psa server,
you can remove the printer connected to the old cru12 server. |
