CAHNRS Print Server Connection (Windows XP Pro)

Step One

1) Right-click on the “My Network Places” icon on the desktop or from the Start menu and click on “Search for Computers…”

2) In the box under “Computer Name” type cahnrs-psa and click on “Search”

3) Open or double-click “hp print server appliance (Cahnrs-psa)” located by the search.

Step Four

4) Right-click on the printer and choose “Connect…” or double-click the printer you wish to connect to from the alphabetical listing of printers. This process will search for and install the printer.

Step Five

5) To see the printers you have installed, open the “Printer and Faxes” icon on the Start menu or in the Control Panel.

Step Six

6) Once you have installed and tested the printer on the new cahnrs-psa server, you can remove the printer connected to the old cru12 server.
